The book is 150 pages of in depth fishing information with everything being very current. Steve's content is thorough and i've read alot of the books content over the years and have helped out with info also.
It's the most comprehensive current WA fish species guide for all anglers and some great photo's to go along with the book.

Ryan how do you get snapper on fly is it a common occurance for you catching them that way i guess you really have to berley up to gett them in the area i never have done fly fishing wouldn't mind giving it a go one day though

if!
If snapper are on the bite i will drop a fly down to the school and retrieve my fly through them and if they're agressive they'll take the fly......common yes in these situations.
If snapper are at your spot or near by then berley can help but i dont berley unless they're there and starting to chew ie getting a few fish to start with. The berley is to keep them at my boat and to stir them up more so than to get them to feed....they feed when the tide/moon/light change makes them!

Deceiver!
I use a 3/0 or 4/0 epoxy head deceiver made out of synthetic. Blue/white and green/white mix mainly!

Got my copy. Actually got two - a signed copy for fishing library and an ordinary one to wear out.
Bloody excellent. I am sure it is gonna be one of the must have books like Fishing the Wild West. From me that is praise indeed.

They stand up more if you
They stand up more if you use them the right way up and reduces tangles, though prehaps there onto something as they both seem to do alright on the dhuies...

both works!
When they first came out and even now for that matter, the 3 way crane swivel's dont have a correct way. Both ways work and no probs for me, the swivel wholesaler stated the same thing also!
