How to purchase a child RFBL through DOT?

My daughters RFBL has expired and need to purchase a new one through DOT. Have now registered for a DOT account, however when trying to buy a license for her I do not get the option for a child concession, nor be able to put it in her name. My license expires on the 12th Jan just 1 day before the DOT cut over date, so I can't add mine first to see if it would allow a child license to be added afterwards.
Has anyone successfully purchased or renewed a child RFBL through DOT?

I just did a mock one at it
I just did a mock one at it works fine automatically detected it was a child license and prices were halved.
