How did you go today. Headed out from Mindarie to Direction Bank. Beautiful conditions with a glass off most of the day. Tried heaps of spots and different tactics for 2 under size dhuies, 1 rat baldie, 2 tiny BB's and assortment of crap including gold spot sweetlip, sea sweep, seargent bakers AKA dhuie crack and a small fox fish. Came home empty handed but was a nice day on the water.

Fishing has been a bit slow
Fishing has been a bit slow the last few days and my theory is the full moon. I never seem to catch much around the full moon...

Two rocks
Headed out to direction bank from two rocks. Bit slow but lots of BA biggest going over 500. Bagged out with a couple of dhus also with heaps of S Baker. Only one fish to the jigs being a size pinky and bait won the day today. Beautiful conditions also with a playful whale with lots of tail and fin slaps.

good day
we found the fish biting. On my first spot for the day stupidly dropped a pirate and my bait rod down while my mate Dan dropped a bait . triple hook-up ,1x 8kg dhu, jig busted off, Dan dropped his halfway up. Finished the day with a 6kg dhu,8kg dhu 2 big blackass. saw a massive turtle nearly ran over 3 dolphins ,whales all day. Trolled for 10kms coming home - no hits. Metro.

Dwellingup
Went for a camp down Dawn Creek Road near Dwellingup last night and had a bit of a fish in the Murray for a redfin but got stuff all. The river is flowing pretty hard at the moment and I think I saw a trout or 2 come to the surface so any trout fishos out there should give it a go. I'm not a trout man so didn't even try for one
