Indo dogtooth

Hey there fishwreckers , planning on a couple of trips this year to indo looking for doggies an GTs around the islands of Alor, Ambon and Lomblen ( Lambata )
i plan on living ruff and mixing it with the locals hopefully go out on their boats searching and relying on their experience to get stretched
wondering if anyone has done this kind of exploring before or mabey knows any local guides any info would be greatly appreciated

Never done it myself but know a Yank that lives between Cali and Bali who is a mad keen spearo...
He found some big dogs somewhere off Lombok....

I know his biggest to date was 155lb but he said he lost a 200+lb model that broke a 700lb connection....
Good luck i'm sure it will be quite an adventure!!
