But with the absence of training and a belief amongst young claim handlers that their job is to knock back claims for the slightest (usually wrong) reason when their job should be to look to all possible ways to pay claims this is what is happening. Given another today also in Karratha denied for a totally unsustainable reason. Gloves off again !
