Getting better, very hit and miss but a few people have been bagging out lately. I got two on Tuesday, one on Sunday. 3 strikes , three fish. But others got their bag straight out the front. Major problem ATM seems to be the sheer concentration of bait out there--don't know if I can remember it being that thick. Big schools and scattered little patches, and all the fish seem to be feeding deep. You can see them rounding up the bait on the sounder, but no activity on the surface that I have seen. Water temps are up and clarity is good, finally.
Not completely across it,just back from work, but I know one boat with two anglers boated 4 small mackerel, and two YFT, and lost 2 fish to sharks and was in by 8.30 this morning. Giving it a go myself tomorrow.

A number have made the trip into town.
Quite a few still out in the ocean.

Horrocks has been on for a while now, apparently.
Kalbarri water stayed dirty and cold for a long time, they turned up further south before they were here.

Good luck mate.
I am still at work on Cape York.
i am partial to a sizzling YFT steak with Wasabi Mayonaise myself.
Back in 13 days.......probably just in time for the wind........
