Knife Maker Perth

I have a boning knife gifted to me from my 89y old Pop and the story goes that Pop found this in a bonfire up at Yardi and being of strong Scottish decent he kept it and fashioned a new handle out of ali tube and recently gave it to me along with a few other items.
I'd love to get it set into a new handle and polished up for sentimental reasons and show him the finished product.
Does anyone know of a good local knife maker that could help out?

They certainly don't make knives like they used to .How man yy years ago did your pop find it . You could try fashioning something out of a nice piece of redwood.
