Was on the train this morning so didn't get a good look at what was going on but was surprised to see a dinghy with canopy in Lake Monger on the Freeway side.
Saw it this evening and they didn't look like fisheries or anything similar (ie no uniforms) ?! Looked like bloke and his wife going for a fish? Clearly can't be though?!
