Yep, me again.
I have asked about Trailcraft and Oceanic (Bill Plug) boats though has anyone got experience with a Stagg boat?
Again, looking at a 7m hull...

Mate
Has had 2 Stagg boats.....both 7.6m, the first with a single outboard and the second with twin outboards. Called Maverick and Maverick 2. They are awesome...probably the pinnacle in aluminium boats but expensive. I heard Peter Stagg had stopped building them recently though.

Swompa,Stagg boats are a
Swompa,
Stagg boats are a class above the other couple you mentioned.
I've experienced first hand what a Stagg boat is capable of .
A trip to Steep Point in March 2008 turned to crap when we were hit by tropical cyclone Pancho.
Won't go into details how we found ourselves caught out, but we spent 14 hours on the water with the wind raging and the seas standing on end. It's the only time in my life I honestly felt I wasn't going to see the next day.
The pounding that boat took, the way it handled the seas and the fact that it didn't go to the bottom are testament to the quality of these boats.
My mate still owns the same boat today albeit with a new motor on the back, new trailer under it and new paint job on the outside.
He always makes the comment he doesn't need a new boat, the one he has is cyclone proof.
Thankfully, Cyclone Pancho was only a category 1.

Trailers are great as well
I went to Croral Bay a few years back with Bellyfish's mate and as everyone says, boat was great. The trailers are also fantastic. Never seen such a solidly built and well thought out trailer
Don't spend all your money on beer, boats, and fishing. Save some to spend foolishly

7M hull as what you are looking for..
7 M (6mm bottom) & 5/4mm Sides, 200 or 225 yammy and all the good stuff which is part of Stagg build/style.
Design is still with the Naval architect. I have 2 months to go before start so a lot of add ons to think about.
Exciting times ahead.
Cheers
