Last time
Well it was definitely the last salmon trip of the year, this time mum and dad said lets go to bunker bay, which is strange because they aren't natural fishermen but absolutely love it. Even when there are salmon around. We only got 1 salmon, from a stray school that hung around for 10 minutes on the reef then left. We got the salmon in and guess what, it's mates came to shore with him, about 5 salmon swimming around our feet and it was amazing.
anyway gutted it and ended up pulling a whole 7 inch plastic with a jig head and everything still on it, just sitting in its stomach. Very discolored (turned from white to yellow it looks like) and yeah it was generally weird.
was a great day, but it's now that time of the year to get out on the dinghy now and get my first pinkies!
P.S. You guys judge the size!

I lost one last week in the general area out of the boat. He smashed a 7 inch white gulp. Was there light fluorocarbon attached to the jighead?? Co-incidence??
