Last week's Metro Madness (Pic - middleweight)
Hey Guys.
Was lucky enough to head out last week with my mate Spook. You will have to forgive the lack of details (though im sure spook will be happy haha). All I know is that we left from ocean reef mid morning mid week, i work away so day's off are not hard to come by. The misses has been asking for a while to come out and had snagged the day off too so we were hoping for a big day on the water. The skip went to a few spots and does what he does best, within about half hour my misses had hooked onto her first pinky, around 4kg and breaching 70 cm. That was when the action started, we had 3 lines out and 3 lines ziiinging. All in all we pulled 4 sized snapper onto the boat (only kept 3) in about half an hour and all on light gear so it was a bunch on fun, fun being mandatory.
Spent a couple more hours hour on the water, hooking up some CNR rays, blackarse, bronzy, too many NWer's and the obligatory sambo which is always good fun and definitely gives the light gear a good work over.
All in all, a beautiful day out on the local waters. Cheers to spook for always doing a fine job and the misses (a good luck charm it seems haha)
I disagree.

Brooke got the nearly 70cm of Pinky on the 6'4" pe 0.8-2.5, that was a solid effort!
The rarenium is photo-bombing again, ha

head shape
the shape of the heads on the pinkies is quite different from those I've caught on Cockburn sound. I wonder if it's because of the different feeding ground they are on.
just wondering
