late arvo mulla

with light winds decided to take the tinny out for a quick mulla bash. First drop and off it goes. Ten minute hard fight
On the light gear and up came this ol girl.
Caught on .4-1 zeikel light spin jig 30lb braid on seagate 3500H. Amazing pulling power for what I have nicknamed (the whiting rod).
Bent to the butt and had a ball on the light stuff.
Ended up with another mulla round 10kg and nice cod and back in by dusk.
Quick sesh is a great sesh!!

yeah was sse so bit of slop but 10knots pretty light n that was on first drop. Stayed till dusk n came in. Wasnt too bad!

4m tinny 2 adults n my 5yr old girl onboard not gona risk her if it was 15knts+!
we had a strong e offshore most of day n then she swung s then sse. Wind slop makesit look rough but not one drop came over the side n in 25+ m of water
On the pik not tht desperate for a fish!
Anyhow was an awsome sesh n my little girl was flipping out watchn fish bigger than her comn over the side!!
