Love sausages .... Started my trade as a butcher and still enjoy home kill ..... Love cooking up a feed out in the outback in my camp oven with my mates ....
Ps don't tell my wife she still thinks I live out of pubs .....
he obviously isnt italian , or those snags would be linked up , when i was 13 i used to do saturdays mornings in a butcher shop in freo those old ding blokes ( and i say that with affection ) made the best snags and watching them link them up at the speed of light always amazed me
Cable ties and wool pack hooks seem easy enough. I'm no butcher! Sheep and sausages are easy enough! Cows are a bit to hard to do! Should make good Biltong
the cheese place just out of harvey heading south used to be a wildlife place with camels and deer and stuff. The owners took off and some hippie chick went and let them all out so they scooted up the hill like deer do.All red deer however a fallow was taken near roelands when I lived there. The ranger in harvey used to get called out to the deer farm east of harvey to cull the wild deer that try to get in when the rut was on.I am not sure if anyone hunts on purpose but there are a few up the hills
Yeah it's no secret that they are over here in the wild. I'm not a hunter but I'm quite interested in it, so I can only go off what I've read online, and from that it seems that the location of specific herds are all secret squirl business. I know there's about 5 different kinds of deer in west oz and they are quite wide spread. From what I read wild deer in west oz are considered a pest and must be shot if seen, that's just what I've read online tho.
There is quite a few in the Quindalup area if you know where to look.
Mate, Smithy, had his son swim across a lake mid winter dragging a rope so we could retrieve one we shot so we could dress it out

Great work, don't hear of
Great work, don't hear of too many deer being shot in the west. People like to keep that info very quiet, and for good reason.

There are a few
There are a few closer to Perth than that, a person who used to breed them went broke and before they could be reposed he let them go.
Take a gun anywhere near the property I've seen them on and you will end up being hung by your petard.
