Ledge 2 Lancelin

Gday Fishers,
Have any of you eva fished the stretch of beach between Ledge & Lancelin ? are you allowed ? was it fishy ? Im lookn at heading to that area for an overnighter with my Dad and my 5yr old. Any info woud be greatly appreciated.

Ledge
Haven't fished it myself, but have mates who have - on the north side of Ledge out the back through the industrial estate there are some good gutters that produce.
Problem is getting to them as sometines there is no beach to drive on heading North out of Ledge
