Slummed
Slummed it myself tonight, banana prawn and crayfish risotto. Not bad.

Thanks to son Deepwater, I have about half a dozen take away containers of big headless banana prawns from Exmouth gulf. Most of the prawns would go in the under 9 to the kg, so it doesn't take too many for a great feed.
His boat trailer is down here awaiting major repairs and he has my boat up there in the meantime he can still get amongst them with his throw net and I'm not complaining.
