Looking for a vehicle mechanic - NOR

I need to get some serious fixing done to my car after it died coming back from steep point last month.
I know it's going to cost big $$$, just don't want to be over serviced or told any bullshit.
anyone here a mechanic based north eastern suburbs, and could check it out and give me an idea of the problem(s) and cost?

ever since I blew up my Pajero towing a big boat to exmouth nearly 12 years ago Dave sorted that out and I've been going there since.
just serviced car yesterday actually $300 for service. Tells you straight up what needs to be done and what can wait and sorts 2nd hand refurb bits if need be
