Picked up the trailer on Wednesday and worked my ring off to get it back together and ready to go today. Quick drive around the block yesterday to check that it followed me which it did. Yay!

Headed down to Woodies today. From Thornlie, we go down Warton to Armadale road straight through. 

Got to the warton/Armadale intersection and hear tap tap tap coming from the back. Jumped out to inspect but can't see anything suss but one hub is a bit warm. Slowly head towards the freeway and the tap turns into a bang bang bang. Found a subdivision near Bunnings and jumped out to run beside the car to see where it was coming from. I quickly found the dodgy side and got the fuck up fairy diversion kit out and got to work on what I assumed was a shot bearing but after stripping it all down, it was the oustside of the mech disc brakes. Don't know what was banging but after removing the outside half of the disc, no more noise...may as well keep going then I guess..

Got down to the ramp and went to put something on my brand spanking new bait board and oh shit, it's gone...One month old, haven't used it. Only saw the light of day yesterday...fuck.

Out we go...

Kids quickly got squid each which got the smiles back and we headed round the back of GI to our KG spot to get a couple. Saw a school of them but only the individual stragglers were hungry.

Back around the inside to grab a quick cray and was pleased to see a big blue manna crab whilst I was cleaning the fish. The cray catch bag was good enough to disentigrate though it was on its third life. RIP old catch bag.
