Quick buzz out to Rotto with Southcity104 turned up the goods.

A quick dive for a bag of crays. I saw a few queenies down there and ginormous blue groper but really had to work hard for my crays - feelers sticking out of plate coral, but no way in, rays 6' across trying to hoover me, ripping current but Tony put us on the spot and there they were.  

Next, a bit of fishing turns up a steaming run for Tony, but no %&&$#$%@ convert. Whatever it was got sick of the ride and reefed him hard. I managed a PB pinky (71cm) on a Fanky jig, a tail-rigged caprice copy.

Time ran out and we settled in for the hard slog home in fairly bonecrunching conditions.
