Windfinder
You wanna check out windfinder.com. They got the mandurah weather on it. Mandurah weather can be different quite often. Normally cooler = more windy!
I fish for the future - Cause I can't bloody catch anything!

Typically..
...Mandurah winds are more often lighter than what you see on BOM's "Local Waters Forecast"...go to the BOM website (that's Bureau of Meteorology) and click on "Perth Observations", and you will find that almost every time our most prevalent winds in summer (easterlies and sou'westerlies) are significantly less in Mandurah than other coastal weather readings, such as the ones at Ocean Reef, Garden Island, and Rotto.
