Marine Painter
Submitted by Jeff Hugo on Tue, 2009-09-15 20:21
Hi All
I have receintly purchased a Haines signature 575F, the hull has been antifouled, the antifoul has been removed by soda blasting.
The Gelcoat overall is in good condition, however is thin in a few areas, so I intend to get it sealed with epoxy and sprayed in 2 pac.
Can anyone recommend a marine painter NOR who will do a good job.
My short list so far is hillaries boat lift, GT fibreglass and spot on in Malaga.
Any experiences with this type of repair would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Jeff

GT Fiberglass painted the
GT Fiberglass painted the hull on Allrounder's last boat after the anti foul was removed. To be honest its on the bottom of the boat so its not like you see it all the time.. Having said that it needs to be applied right or wil lcome of all to easily.
The boys at Hillary's are very good but i wold think possibly a bit more expensive.
