mechanic - central locking

hi guys
looking for someone that might be able to help with central locking on a 2007 Iload van
key button wont unlock doors but when i manual press unlock/lock button inside it will do all doors.
key will only lock from outside but not unlock. this is with key in door.
any help would be appreciated

Flat battery
Either that or the remote went for a minor swim.
Worst case it will be new key, cutting and coding. Expect that to be about $400
