Yep will head down as I still can't quantify this 4kg annual limit. Are any of these comments going to be taken onboard? I fear it will be the usual govy democratic veneer saying consultation with the recs has taken place, with valid issues raised as their rep taking minutes ends up doodling pictures of clowns.

One metro meeting isn't enough
They should have had one in the Northern Suburbs as well.
Unfortunately I have a prior engagement on Wednesday and won't be able to get all the way across town in time to attend.
Keep us posted as to what went down.
I would be very surprised if the 4kg limit is applied individually, it is probably a journailistic poetic license to report it as such. My guess is that its just a total catch quota allocation and it will me managed much the same as it is already. Bag and boat limits with seasonal closures. It might just be a precursor to a compulsory log book or the implementation of a tag system. .... only time will tell.

Every member should make an effort to go to one of the meetings as this will be important. If you read what was in the sunday times were in for a hard time.
