Merc servicing

my 40hp is due for a service and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on where to get it done? It's a 2013 merc 40hp 4st... I'm in mandurah and don't mind driving as far as freo. Haven't been happy with previous services done in mandurah.

My only advice would have been to steer clear of Murcury in Mandurah!
Unfortunately it sounds like you have experienced their service first hand anyway.

Sure have mate... defantly says something about the place if your willing to drive upto an hour else where to get your boat serviced! Giving matich marine a call first thing Monday, hopefully they can service it this week before I head to Port Gregory.

Try Brett Ward in Pinjarra. I believe he is a busy man and can be hard to hold of at times but I have only heard good things.

the boat business
I got my servicing done in Henderson last month at 'the boat buisness' who are certified Mercury dealers. My wife brought the boat there and back.
So far so good in regards to my engine.
