went out of mindarie sat morning to the usual spot behing the reef about 10km out and caught the two king george and dropped a sand dhuie at the boat spuin he was about 60cm i got one 63cm same spot about 3 weeks ago. And caught about 7 squid which i always get. Is there anyspots closer to pick up dhuies? Im just too scared to fish in shallowe water because of the million wrass you always get

i am guessing
it is a dhui caught on a sand patch,
ie a bonus and spot no one else would know about. Double points.
But he dropped it - negative points.

bloody deckies fault lol always is. I wonder if you can pick up dhu's closer in around the first reef. Some bloke was raving on that he has a spot on 10m of water and picks up a dhu everytime hes out he rekons its less than 3 ks out?

You can get dhuies 1 miile of
You can get dhuies 1 miile of shore this time of year.Best chance is in between the first and second reef in the deeper water 12-20m.look for broken bottom .We see dhuies on near every dive in close .Some days you will see 1-10 dhuies, getting them to take a bait is the trick
