Mindarie Marina Closed 24th March - update

If you are planning to launch your boat at Mindarie on Sunday 24th March don't bother. The marina will be closed to boating traffic from around 6.30am to 11.30am as there will be a swimming race from Quinns Beach to the boat ramps.
Not sure why someone would want to swim in the marina giving recent warnings about taking fish and crabs due to the Algal Bloom.
