Mitchell Nautilus 6500gv

Hey guys, great site, some good footage esp of the samson jigging. I've been thinking of eventually getting into the jigging scene in my local area (North Qld). There seems to be one of a small selection of powerful small reels that wont set you back quadruple figures. Has anyone used the Mitchell Nautilus 6500gv successfully in WA (or anywhere) in the brutal world of jigging?

is bit odd looking
is bit odd looking reel.......8bb and weird ass handle and body.....good gearing and line lay......drag is a pain to service.....good unit but there are better reels out there for the price.
Oh and jigging is a bad idea on these reels......if U want affordable jigging reels go overheads.....otherwise shimano spheros and the new Penn 850ssm is your only option for spin gear.

PS: just between U and
PS: just between U and me.......U can find 2nd hand Stellas and Saltigas around if U look hard enough.....Ryobi also has a reel capable of 15kg of drag and half the price of saltigas.....just search the net.

Cheers
Cheers Bad Bubby. Can't say I've heard of the Nautilus or much about them, always stuck to my trusty spheros for jigging.
