Mixed Bag

Went for a fish at Floret drain yesterday morning with my young bloke. No tailor but got 4 Dart a Herring and most surprisingly a Striped Threadfin between the two of us. Also fished down on the river at Burswood Saturday arvo and got my first two Swan river flatties. None of them monsters of course but a pretty good start to my three weeks off work. Hopefully Kalbarri in a couple of weeks will see a few big ones for us.

A bloke of YFW got a big-eye trev off one of the local rockwalls on Saturday. Seems to be saying something about the water temps!

Could be wrong but i think snapperman was talking about the threadfin when he felt sorry for the salmon. Lets see what else comes our way with the warming waters around Perth.
