Monday Fishing

Well hit Cockburn again, all small stuff (p-lenty of bait!) with yellowtail & slimy macks making most of the mix. We did catch 6 snapper, all squires about 15cm & about dozen chopper but once again all undersize bout 20cm.
Planning a trip to two rocks this weekend, I'm in a 15ft glass 1/2 cabin with a 60HP, never fished off their before, anybody got any suggestions on what I should look for in weather conditions this week or general safety tips? Plannin on being out early/in early to beat the doctor, value any advice.
Cheers

avoid strong easterlies and big tides
Very very dangerous if you get the two combined. Can look flat as on tide turn, but a big run in against even 20knots gets very hairy - I have only ever taken a wave over the front once- and that was coming back IN in this situation. Otherwise Two Rocks is good fishing, just need to search around for the ground. I like those rare days when it is blowing Norwest so you can head north instead of south as most people head south to come back with the southerly in the arvo.

Two Rocks Weather
Forecasting Easterlies all week but shifting S/SW Friday night. Being spring tides will have to see if the wind holds & the swell stays bout 1 - 1.5, sound right? Cheers
