Monties weather

I'm planning a trip to the monties this year, it'll be my first time up there so I'm not very clued on with the weather patterns. I've got 2 options at the moment and they are to go in June or late November. Has anyone been there at those times of the year and if you could pick between those months which one would you choose to plan a week long trip?

This trip is going to be on a live aboard charter. I would like to take my 6.1m to the abrohlos but I don't think I'd attempt the monties, from memory it's about 100km offshore
