Morning dhu with new 588

With the weather looking windy and the swell up this weekend I decided to take my apprentice out for a quick fish this morning. I went to a new area to see if I could find some new ground on the 588 I recently installed. I'm still learning to use/ read it but am happy with what it found today. Dhus went 12kg and 13kg (12 is my apprentices new pb)

they are a cracking pair of fish, same spot for both ?

Yeh I rate the 588 hey, only had three trips with it so far but can't say a bad word. I think they are pretty much the same as the 587 with a few new features. Oh yeh that's a nice centre consol you have, good high bow on it, you been getting out much lately?

Nah school hols and Easter
Nah school hols and Easter turn me off due to crowds. Went for a poke yesterday early for a nice black arse and a borderline dhu which went back. Did you get those bad boys on bait or jigs/plastics?
