Station country
I was up the same area last week as well, was west of Cue on a station doing the same thing, looking for wild dogs, goats and donkeys. Got to love geting out on a million acres, sleeping rough and enjoying the fresh air and red dust.
getting off a few shots is a bonus.
I would rather be fishing

How come the machete, little bit of overkill to skin a goat with?
Good to see someone doing something about reducing the number of the bloody pests

Like Anytime Brad said shooting is just a bonus
There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.

Would love to be able to hunt some goats/pigs for meat but you know the old story about securing a rifle and land to hunt on

mate they make it hard for you dont they its as if they dont want you to have a gun license the problem is tradewind is that the people that have a gun license are the ones that abide by the rules so why should we be looked at as the bad guys when all we do is the right thing by our government laws.

So true mate, Was up north a couple of years back on Gnaraloo station and the pest controllers/shooters were camped next door to us. Said foxes were mainly under control it was the pack dogs that were the biggest problem now.
