came across this big bugger about 25nm off bunno today.He had a nice big white chomping on him.It was a bit rough down wind had me gagging.

Blowing up a whale, could only happen in America think again
If you think blowing up whales and things going pear shaped could only happen in America think again. Quite a few years ago a whale washed up o0n the shore near the Amblin Caravan park down Busselton way. Bugger this stinking great thing of X tons was causing quite a problem for the owners of the park and the shire, how to get rid of it.
Hey. I've got a good idea lets get the navy to blown it up into more manageable size bits so it can be carted away more easily says a person who shall not be named as he may still be alive.
That's a good idea says another person with a vested interest in getting rid of the moby dick quickly.
Down comes the navy after some very intense studies and measurement of the carcase are carried out and what is thought to be just the right amount of TNT charges are duly attached to the deceased leviathan.
Every one is cleared to a safe distance from the site for the explosive dismemberment of this whale.
Bloody boom, bits of mody dick went flying in all directions, people went running for cover, bits of the whale went all through the caravan park on roofs through windows of vans then for quite some time after bits of it descended back to earth after rising high enough to cause a danger to the moon.
A lot of people where not impressed, but to use that all Australian saying that covers incidents like this "shit happens ay".
For many months later a strong putrid smell hung around the caravan park.
I'm sure some where in the list of shire by-laws there will be a by-law prohibiting the blowing up of whales within the shire of Busselton.
