Need help identifying clip

Hi there as title says need help with this clips name or a place we could source them from as wanting to use them on our t top canopy and just need something to lock it in place while out on the water but easily enough to put in and out when traveling by road or for storage in the shed. So looking for somethen to fit thru 32mm pipe here's a pic off wat were sorta chasing that me dad has found along his journeys working on construction sites around the place
