Torque
Use a Torque 200 with 65lb Tufline and a Saltist 56b jig rod. Use it pretty much for everything from 50-250m.

two of my favourite overhead outfits are torsa 30 matched to saltiga deep expedition and torsa 40 matched to a shimano jigwrex great outfits never have drama's with them and with the interchangeable drag cams for different situations

another vote for the Penn Torque
I have a 300, but its probably a bit too big - the 200 size would be money.
I run mine on a xzoga PE6 rod.

I use a Saltiga Ishidai Z30
I use a Saltiga Ishidai Z30 and a PE 2-4 jig rod, which happens to be red as well.
But alternatively Oceanside sells the red rod I use and matched to a Saltist 40 or 40 levelwind reel. Great value reels.
Edit, just saw the depth your fishing and that suggestion would be too light. For deepwater fishing and trolling that outfit Crewsy is perfect.

youll like that
Think you will get some enjoyment out of that combo Crewsy. I have an ozflex 24-37 game stick, bloody brilliant and loads up nicely so you should like that one. Let us know the results. :)
