New product for the rock fishers or boaties

A new drink can self inflating life ring has come onto the market recently. They were demonstrated at the Volunteer Marine Rescue annual conference and all there were most impressed with the product.
All you have to do is throw it to who ever the unlucky person is in the water and it self inflates in a matter of 3-7 seconds. It comes with a re usable pouch that can be attached to a belt and only weighs about .5kg.Most boating shops should have them in stock by now or will have them soon. They are priced approx $60,which is cheap if it means saving someones life in an emergency

Sounds interesting
Certainly worth taking to some of the spots up north and down south.

GOOD GEAR
From the demo it was decided to supply them to all of the Volunteer Rescue boats state wide as an extra to the solid ones already fitted. At places like Torpedo rock,Cape Naturaliste point,Salmon Holes and Quobba they would be a gods end.
If some one goes in off High Rock it is at least an hour before we can get there with the rescue boat from Carnarvon ,without the good help of the owners of Quobba station who in most times can be on the water in approx 20 minutes, the lifering is their only chance

Links???
Fair go,I have enough trouble writing a report without putting a link in.Cannot even put photos in and have tried for hours on it[will have to wait untill son comes down from Exmouth to show me how]
Most of the major boat dealer should have them on the shelves by now
