new tuff sticker

Got my ink done today. Some bits were OK, other bits hurt like a bitch (the bits over bone like my spine and shoulder blades). Also, the shading on the edge of the cross was easily the most painful part of it all.
Tip for anyone getting their first tat, Coke is awesome - something in it settles you down or something - cant explain it, but it worked geat for me! Might have been a sugar high maybe?
Very happy with how it came out, I had it done by Abandonded Art in Malaga - the whole crew were great and I recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a tattoo.

I offered, but Tim is a bit of a softie........even Colin Hay whimped out. They both left me to have my back butchered for 150 minutes by myself! LOL
But after a wash and some cream, it's feeling much better now. Still a bit tender, but much much better than earlier.

I think if I were to endure the pain and the financial outlay I would put the tatt somewhere visible. Having said that of course, it looks pretty impressive.

I have one on my arm and have several others planned, it can get addictive and expensive!!!!! If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost? Like you said huggy, it's for you and as long as your happy with it that's all that matters.

I faint when I get needles as well! I mean pass right out, have a fit and flail around like you wouldn't believe LOL. I felt a bit ordinary when he started, but you get used to it pretty quickly and then its not too bad (aside from shading which you got used to after a while as well).
No colour, thats it for the time being. Maybe if I have kids they may get a bit of skin tribute.......
