New underwater hotel for Dubai!

A new $120 million hotel with all rooms having full window viewing to the surrounding seas sounds like an interesting place to stay when its all completed!!
I wonder if they'll allow fishing from the upper decks?

That'd be cool
Now why can't we build cool stuff like that for $120 million thats a bargain....we'd be lucky to change from $500 mill for public toilets that would take 7 years to complete...
