It’s a blue groper Sea goat.
This one was 790mm and a tad over 9kegs. Although a great eating size, they do get a lot bigger! If you do a search, you’ll find some great fish shown on other threads.

Don't see groper that often aye. In saying that I'm amazed more aren't caught around the shallow reefy areas down this way.
