Now that's good service!

I recently purchased a Penn boat rod from Bluewater Tackle in Melville ($250).

We headed off to Exmouth....first day trip out and it snapped off approx 30cm from the top of the rod after I had something big on (which got away).

I thought, Shyte! This shouldn't happen!!

Anyway, I went to Bluewater Tackle in Exmouth (an independently owned franchise) and they replaced it by flying one in the next morning from Perth. It had the reel on it by 11:00am the day after it snapped-they didn't even ask for a receipt!

Great service and I commend their business to you!

Cheers,

T

Must have been the devastated look on my face when new rod snaps on day 1 after you've dragged a boat the same distance as it is from the South of Germany  to the North of Germany!!

Ryan, I'd come down to see you today, but I have to get my lazy arse off the computer and go down to a unit I'm renovating and do some work on it!

May see you in the next week or so at your store ref that drift anchor!

Cheers,
