Don't know about that minimal
Don't know about the minimax but two friends of mine have a slightly larger one that can jump start a car. Don't recall the brand however.

$20???
Uncle, are you sure they're only $20?? Those lithium based products are usually around $100-$150

Very curious lithium is pricey stuff
Lithium is quite pricey stuff, however in this day and age who knows technology is racing ahead and what was space age stuff is now available off the shelf.
I'd like to see some real names against those who say they have used it or own one. Also a tech specification sheet would be good.

Have a look
Have a look at http://www.highya.com/minimax-reviews for review on the product.
Was the total price 20 dollars or multiple installments of 20 dollars.
