Oops 4wd rollover

Was 4 wheel driving on sunday and came across this as we drove one of the dunes in wilbinga. It took about 3 hrs to get it back on its wheels. We didnt have much room to work with as you can see. But with 3 4wds hooked u it finally decided to roll back over to the normal position. The owner then had to drive it to back to safety bay. His girlfriend was not impressed!

Reminded me of the time we where driving 4x4 to flat rock

Thu, 2009-06-18 17:09

in Leeman, hadn't been down that track for 6 months, the wind had played around with the track we went down (hot day) and next minute sand coming in my side (passenger) window thank goodnes the track was narrow and as the ute tipped to the left all we got was the wall of the track and sand coming in, the side mirror needed to be pushed back to normal position, and a good vac when we got back to our van.  Somebody was not happy that I chewed his ear out, as I said to him don't go down to much of a lean on the left, but men being men.  Anyway we had a good day fishing.

Is that true BBWA4LIFE, do you have to take out

Sat, 2009-06-20 09:49

extra cover, as I didn't know that, thanks for that have to look at ours, as we go off road quite abit up in Leeman either on the beach or bush bashing shooting plenty of rabbits, kangaroos and wild pigs up there.  Most times have to get farmers permission to shoot.
