Hi guys just wondering if anybody had used the avet lx 6.0 mc reel and how did it go casting

yes casts well
a mate has one and he casts it not a problem and has it spooled with 40lb mono topshot. litttle bit smaller but narrower than a torium 50 and i have no problem casting them. mind you we are only casting 8-10oz grapnels with ours for slide baiting

States that you can get 1000yds of 50lb braid on it is this true?

yes but remember when you add mono topshot you wont get that much. we got 600-650m of 50lb braid with 200m 40lb mono topshot so maybe 130-150m 24kg mono topshot.

Yeah I'm aware of that I currently have a torium 30 but looking at upgrading I have around. 400mt of 50lb whiplash with a 200mt mono top shot plus wind on so that would be perfect
