Overhead rod for jigging and bottom bouncing for demersals.

Hey guys,
I recently picked up an Avet 6/4 2speed spooled with Diawa PE3 from one of the guys on here, Im looking for a rod to put it on. I would like to try jigging plastics, I will also use it for bottom bouncing with a little bit of lure chucking as well.
I have a number of options but I'm pretty keen on a G Loomis Pro-Blue 6'6" 20-40lb also going on here. I've also considered a Lemax 5'6" 20-50lb and a mate is pretty keen on me trying the Fin-nor 50lb 6'.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Cheers Watto

Not sure how you're going to
Not sure how you're going to go lure chucking with the combo, especially with a jigging rod. The pro blue might suit that more though. Although you're not jigging metals, a jigging rod would have a much nicer fighting curve than a faster actioned long rod.
Depending on what your budget is or how strong you want, ones to look at would the the JM rods. I know theres a 'cheaper' silver version which should be the right rating. The Hearty rise jig force (up to PE3). The FWA rods are quite reasonable too. Theres one more in the overhead but I forget what it is atm. Not really a fan of the tcurves. Try out out and compare to the other rods and you'll probably see why.

FWA series...
Yep, as mentioned by Hlokk, the FWA series of jigging rods are ideal but you may want to consider using a separate outfit for the casting.
Jigging, bottom fishing and softplastic are fine with jig rods.
We are also having a sale on the FWA rods at the moment til this Sunday.

the fin nor offshore jigging rods are nice. i run 50lb braid on mine, its an 80lb rating, well overrated IMO thats why i got the 80

oops
oops, just read my own comment. And the line rating of the rod is overrated. not the quality of the rod.
so if you go for one, get the 50lb rod if your running 30lb braid

i have the T Curve Lucanus
i have the T Curve Lucanus Heavy rod that i use for demersal jigging (SP's and octo jigs) it handles 30lb braid OK and has shown it's worth, still castable as well providing there's a bit of weight. 1oz jig heads and a 7 inch shad and i could belt that out no probs if i had to. $300 odd bucks mind you.

I have a slightly heavier
PE6 Xzoga OH and I jig and BB with it and it does both well - I have mine matched to a Accurate Boss Magnum 870C which is somewhat similar to the Avets.
Maybe a PE3 / PE4 xzoga taka ji ?? Not sure who stocks em in perth these days....
