Hello All,
As stated in a post a couple weeks ago, me and the missus are going to head down to peaceful bay this weekend for 3 or 4 days.
Plannign on trying to get a feed of fish each night, only going down very light and going to camp at the caravan park down that way.
anyone able to provide a any info on fishing locations around the area?
Wouldnt mind finding a few herring, KG's or flatties if they are about. The missus wants to have a crack at some light gear fishing, and hoping to be able to keep her occuppied long enough for me to get into some fish too :)
May pop out a big line to see if any salmon are lurking about.
Thanks guys.

there are heaps of threads on here about Peaceful Bay and the general area. Use the search and type in Peaceful Bay and then Walpole. Here's a recent one -

There
There is heaps of kgs in the inlet not far from peaceful bay mate. Drive down onto the beach at the boat ramp and turn left, and head up a few kms, to the mouth. Bigger kgs there compared to Walpole. Also Heaps of bread and butter.... skippy ect to the left of the rocks at the boat ramp as well mate.

seasonal
Crabs are every few years you get a good run. Prawns are more around Christmas time. If you get a map of peaceful bay you will see a heap of 4wd tracks at the back of town upto diamond and kingy rock and plenty of other spots. Well worth the mission, just make sure you've got low tyres on the sand dune, plenty of exploring to do and some good fishing spots.

Kingy Rock
Kingy Rock would be my preferred at Peacefull bay. Good Sambo and as the name suggests Kingfish.
Another spot I have down (people may call it different) is Elephant rock right at the back of Peaceful Bay. Need a 4wd also but good fishing for Sambo's, Salmon, Herring, Skippy and K.G whiting. If you want to beach fish, you can drive a normal car to Conspicuous beach where you walk down steps to the beach (bit of a walk but worth it). Awsome gutters on the beach where I've caught Mullies, Shark, Salmon and the bread and butter variety also.
