Penn Slammer III

Has anyone tried the new range of Penn Slammer III reels?

 

I just had a quick look at their website, and their 9500 model can put down 27.2kg of drag force. Holding 670 yards of 65lb braid.  In comparrisson, a 10000 Stella produces 25kg drag, and holds 506 yards of 50lb braid.

 

The difference probably comes in the weight of the Stella, plus an extra 8 bearings.

 

I know I'm not comparing apples to apples, but at a third of the price, I wonder if anyone has put one through their paces.

 

They also do a 10500, that produces 27.2kg drag
