In Sweden one of my mates walks downstairs at lunch time, in the city, to catch salmon. That's a step ahead of bream. Don't get me wrong, I love it here.
I have heard the publicity about this piss poor production over the last couple of days so i watched the video. It was more boring than the city they mocked. Shame on them! Some people called it humourous. I think it was just pathetic and really degraded a city of great beauty. I have travelled the world and always come home. Maybe I don't want this place to be like Times Square FFS.
perth is as far as im concerned one of the best cities in the world, ok it doesnt have 24 hour shopping its not a huge place to go partying till all hours of the night (unless your into nightclubs) perth seems to shut down after 9pm we are so far away from any other cap cities so it can make it hard to do business over east , the eastern staters say we are backwards (maybe just jealous) but if we are backwards so be it , this is home and i love it, nice and quiet as far as cap cities , its like a large country town , what more can you ask for
Dont get me wrong boys, I am not baggin Perth. I think it is a magnificent city and would probably chose to live there above most other places, just thought the video was funny (if indeed a bit slow)
ive travelled a fair bit and seen some magnificent and historical places in europe. but what some people cant appreciate is that perth is better then most places in the world because- #1 it is the place of oppertunity! #2 we dont have beggers, #3 we arent stuck up assholes, #4 we dont rely on tourism, #5 fishing the north is freakin awsome!!! and most important of all we are free, we have the most magnificent coast line then anywhere, this is home for me!

The state government has always handy capped this town......... Also known as... "THE POLICE STATE"---"DULLSVILLE"---- Yeah this is a democratic state... so long as you shut up and do as your told. Everything shuts early, the highest taxed state in Australia, the most isolated capital city in the world... and the list goes on. Probably a great place to "Retire" tho. Ha Ha Ha.
