had a great day ,20,6 and a 14 kg buck.nice pink and black bum.my luke went out with mate ,baldie 2 dhues flatty and black bum ,,slow start around lunch fired big time,,congrats to peter on his pb,,,

about big dhues,is big swim bladders,man they taste mint ,clean and thin slice fry in oil(shallow fry) add chicken salt once you take out of fry pan.dhue crackle ,heaps better than pork crackle.give it a go you wont be disappointed

Well done on the fish guys,hey John if you microwave the bladder with a bit of salt it comes out wicked as well with a lot less mess.

Microwave the pork crackle that doesnt quite get there in some absorbent paper. Crackles up a treeeeeeat.

mate with all the fish you catch your cholestrol must be at absolute optimum level. wish i could say the same for me. most the fish i eat i pay for. caught bugger all this year. then again i barely get time to go out.
i enjoy looking out for your posts. there is always something worth seeing. well done.
