Plumber (Tap specialist) needed

I have a cold shower tap that the seat has washed out in.
I also have a seat grinder, hand operated, that i have used to smooth out the seat. The problem i'm having is the seat keeps washing out in the same area and i cant see why.. Is there a flaw in the tap? Is the cheap seat grinder just not doing the job properly in the first place?
Advice would be good but any plumber with experience in this problem, who would like to stop in on the way home amd have a look, for a few beers, would be better.

I gave the hand grinder type
I gave the hand grinder type the flick and brought a stone dremel from bunnings at the appropriate diameter which works a treat and smooths it off better just keep the drill as horizontal as possible .
