Just when I was about to give up on the human race as being a lost cause this happens.
People power saves man trapped by train at Perth station.
Just think what could be achieved if people could be motivated to tell the politicians that some of their hair brained ideas are not acceptable to the masses

I think...
...the local media should be less concerned with all the international attention about how heroic the commuters were and more concerned about a design flaw that allows a leg (or any body part) to get stuck in the first place.
Or maybe disabled people shouldn't use the train?

I once saw a fat bogan mole get get head stuck between the doors as she was screaming abuse at "feret" her boyfriend. Funniest part was neither her boyfriend or any of us were willing to press the button to release her head!! The train did get moving too before it eventually stopped and released her hidious scon.
