Powered trailer mover

Just wondering if anyone has a powered trailer mover. I have looked online and there are a few in the us and one here in Perth that costs $1800 which is a bit steep. Maybe someone has built there own. Am just looking at making moving my trailer in and out of the carport a whole lot easier than it is at the moment, there is no way to reverse it in as have a tight drive in a block of townhouses with no room to move to park trailer where I need it.

Another alternative is find a cheap second hand ride on lawn mower and chuck a towball on it. Cant remember exactly where i saw it but it was at a boatyard somewhere where they had it to shift the boats around in tight places.

Greg at GT Fibreglass has what looks to be a home made version. Little 2 stroke engine and only 2 wheels. Not sure how to make one myself but it works fantastic.
